If you have dry skin or have never used a self tanner before I recommend trying out self tanning lotion first. It adds the extra moisture your skin needs while giving you a beautiful tan. 

I am pictured in the before and after. I have a medium skin tone and use the medium to dark lotion. Both the lotion and the mousse will give you the same natural, beautiful tan but some prefer the fast drying application of the mousse vs the moisturizing application of the lotion. 

Application Tips:

For a streak-free application always exfoliate before applying your self-tanner and use a tanning mitt (Our kit includes a mitt, exfoliating glove, and face applicator). I recommend applying at night before bed and waking up to a gorgeous glow (the self tanner will not stain your sheets). If you prefer to do it in the morning, exfoliate and apply your favorite lotion to dry areas (knees, feet, elbows..etc), apply with the mitt, and wear loose fitting clothes for an hour or so afterwards. Don't apply self tanner for several hours after shaving your legs as shaving opens the pores.
